Our goal is to send care packages to the fine men and women of our U.S. military still in Iraq. It is an effort to let them know they have not been forgotten and that we still love and keep them in our thoughts and prayers.
Several of us on the Buzz staff are military families and can hear in our soldiers voices the wishes of being at home again. This is a way of giving them a little bit of home.

With your support we can send them the things they need the most such as basic personal hygiene products (soap,deodorant,toothpaste, feminine products,etc.) as well as calling cards so they are able to call home to their loved ones. Also added in will be several goodies such as hard candy,chewing gum and items of that sort.

They have not asked to be there but are willing to do the job most of us wouldnt do. So lets boost their spirits and show them we have not forgotten them in their time of longing for home and support for which each and everyone of them deserves.

If we are successful in this project then we will expand it to the troops in Afghanistan.
